Information about Fabasoft training classes


Our product trainings help you make the most of your investments in Fabasoft software products. We look forward to your participation in Fabasoft Academy trainings, whether online or in person at our Fabasoft offices, to learn the latest updates and functionality about Fabasoft software products directly from our experts.

How are Fabasoft product trainings conducted?
We offer training classes in three formats:

  • Online training
    Most trainings currently take place online to ensure maximum flexibility, familiar working environments for participants, and lower costs (e.g., travel and accommodation expenses). Participants must meet certain participation requirements.
  • In-Person training at a Fabasoft office
  • In-Person training at customer site
    Upon request, we conduct in-person trainings directly at your premises.

What options are available for customized training offers?
We are happy to provide customized training dates with customer-specific content for a minimum of 5 participants. Additionally, we are always open to scheduling additional public standard training dates as needed and possible. Please get in contact with us about your request at academy@fabasoft.com.

When and at what times do standard product training classes take place?
Standard training days begin at 9:00 AM and run until 12:30 PM (half-day) or 5:00 PM (full-day). You can find the available dates, including the detailed schedule, on the detail page of each training type. As long as a training date is marked as "Planned," is not yet guaranteed that it will be held.

How and when are new training dates scheduled?
Our standard training dates are planned several months in advance and continuously updated on the website.

When can I register for trainings?
If you wish to participate in a training, you should register as soon as possible. Fabasoft product trainings have a maximum number of participants, and once all seats are taken, the date will be marked as "Fully booked," and registration will no longer be possible.
At the latest, you should register two weeks before the training start date, as this is when we decide on whether the training will take place (or be cancelled) based on the number of registrations. Once the training is confirmed, registration is often no longer possible.

What happens if a training date is cancelled?
A planned training date will be either confirmed or cancelled by the Fabasoft Academy at the latest two weeks before the start. If the minimum number of 5 participants is not reached, the training date will usually be cancelled. In any case, you will receive an email from the Fabasoft Academy at the latest two weeks before the training begins, either confirming the training class or informing you of the cancellation, including an offer for an alternative date.

In which languages are Fabasoft standard trainings conducted?
Standard trainings are available in German or English. The training language is set individually for each training date and displayed on the training’s detail page once defined.
As long as no training language has been set for a date, both languages are possible. The language is then determined by the first registration that specifies either only German or only English as the preferred language. Once set, the training language is displayed on the website for this training date and applies from that point onward.

Online Training

For our product trainings, we use Microsoft Teams for communication and provide a demo system for you to explore and get familiar with the product features.
Before registering for an online training class, please verify from your workplace that you meet the participation requirements for the desired Fabasoft online training, as listed under "Prerequisites" on the respective training detail page.

Changes Reserved

Our training offers are primarily aimed at organizations and companies that use or plan to use Fabasoft software products. Employee registrations are handled through the organization.
