We are looking for additional support for our Internal Production Systems team!
Your mission:
- You ensure the availability and smooth operation of our IT services and are responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and the continuous optimization of our systems.
- You manage our client and backend infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and enterprise virtualization solutions.
- You analyze and resolve issues in our system landscape and ensure sustainable solutions.
- You actively contribute to the planning and implementation of IT projects in the Microsoft environment and bring your ideas to the further development of our infrastructure.
- You support the automation and standardization of IT processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services.
Your profile:
- You have completed an IT-focused education and have several years of professional experience as a system administrator.
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft system environments and also have experience with enterprise virtualization solutions and operating complex IT infrastructures.
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, demonstrate a high level of initiative, and stand out through your teamwork and communication skills.
- Very good German and good English language skills round off your profile.
