We are looking for additional support to join our Purchasing Team!
Your mission:
- You support our Purchasing team with day-to-day operational activities, including processing orders, checking order confirmations, following up on delivery dates, recording goods receipts, handling complaints, carrying out invoice checks, and more.
- You maintain master data and ensure proper and well-organized document filing.
- You ensure smooth communication and correspondence with internal departments and external partners.
- You support the Head of Purchasing in preparing and analyzing reports.
- You actively shape your role and gradually expand and develop your area of responsibility.
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, have already gained professional experience in a commercial role, and have at least two years’ professional experience in procurement.
- You are proficient in working with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
- You work in a highly precise, solution-oriented, and structured manner.
- You have a quick grasp of new concepts and strong commercial skills.
- You have very good MS Office skills and good command of English and are eager to grow through new challenges.
- You are an independent, committed, and conscientious person with excellent communication and organizational skills.
