Do you have a feel for language, think editorially, and never lose track even when dealing with a large amount of content? Do you ensure, with your high standards of quality, that content is convincing in terms of language, content, and style, develop it further together with various specialist departments, and ensure consistent communication across all channels?
We are looking for additional support for our Corporate Brand Management team!
Your mission:
- Planning, creating, and publishing content for intranet, newsletters, corporate blogs, landing pages, and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Maintaining and updating central corporate content (e.g., landing pages, intranet, guidelines, contracts, and other information), including audience-specific communication.
- Editing, proofreading, and ensuring the linguistic, stylistic, and content quality of all marketing, communication, and business unit content in accordance with the Fabasoft Brand Voice.
- Providing editorial advice to specialist departments and feedback on optimizing structure, comprehensibility, and storytelling.
- Maintaining and further developing language guidelines, terminology, and editorial standards.
- Coordinating editorial processes and working closely with Marketing, Business Units, and other stakeholders.
- Managing the PR inbox and coordinating sponsorship inquiries.
Your profile:
- Completed education in communications, journalism, marketing, or a comparable field, as well as several years of professional experience in content management, corporate communications, or a comparable editorial role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, as well as very good command of English.
- A strong feel for audience-specific communication, storytelling, and corporate language.
- High standards of quality and attention to detail when creating, revising, and ensuring the quality of content.
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a high level of initiative and strong implementation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple topics and editorial processes in parallel.
- A team-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and an enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Technical understanding and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new developments and their benefits for customers.
