Support · Erfurt · Full time
We are committed to transparency and equal treatment, therefore we particularly welcome applications from all age groups, regardless of gender, disabilities, origin, social and ethnic background, religion, ideology or sexual identity.
Do you enjoy tackling complex technical challenges and quickly finding smart, practical solutions? Do you confidently troubleshoot IT issues and make sure systems are back up and running in no time? Are you not only analytical in your approach, but also able to communicate technical concepts clearly – both within the team and with other departments? Then you’ve come to the right place.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to strengthen our technical 2nd- and 3rd-level support team – someone who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills.
Your mission:
- You act as the central point of contact for the German federal administration in 2nd- and 3rd-level support, supporting the use of Fabasoft software across a complex and diverse system landscape.
- You know your customer not only from a technical perspective, but also have an in-depth understanding of their business needs and processes. This makes you an indispensable source of knowledge for your team when dealing with complex issues.
- Together with the customer and our project team, you develop technical solutions and support their successful implementation while also contributing to the optimization of organizational processes.
Your profile:
- You have a technical qualification and initial experience in 2nd- or 3rd-level support or a comparable role.
- You are proficient in working with various client and server operating systems (Windows and Linux) and have solid experience with different relational database systems, web technologies, and cloud-native technologies.
- You are not intimidated by unfamiliar technologies; instead, you see them as an opportunity to further expand your technical expertise.
You demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, perseverance, and assertiveness, combined with a solution-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) in both spoken and written communication.
We really care for experts – and we show it with:
- first-class catering (breakfast, coffee, drinks, fruit and much more) and fantastic team events
- an inspiring work environment with state-of-the-art office standards
- a monthly home office quota
- a stress-free and sustainable commute (generous support for the Deutschlandticket)
- … to be continued
