Communication Manager:in (f/m/d)

Your mission:

• You are responsible for planning, implementing, and continuously developing our communication and PR activities, ensuring consistent and targeted communication across all relevant channels.
• You create high-quality content for media relations, ranging from media briefings and press releases to statements and other PR-related formats.
• You prepare complex topics in a clear, accessible, and target-group-specific way and develop distinctive messages that resonate with our audiences.
• You develop and manage PR activities in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders and support the strategic positioning of our brands.
• You build and maintain long-term relationships with relevant media outlets and journalists and ensure the professional placement of our topics in leading, specialist, and industry media.
• You are responsible for structured editorial planning, monitor relevant developments in the media landscape, and continuously optimize our communication activities.

Your profile:

• You have completed a degree or vocational training in communications, journalism, marketing, or a comparable field and have several years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations.
• You have proven experience in developing and implementing PR strategies and communication activities.
• You have excellent German and English skills, as well as a strong sense for target-group-oriented communication and high-quality content.
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and are able to keep track of multiple topics and projects at the same time.
• You are a strong communicator, have a hands-on approach, and know how to bring different stakeholders together and successfully drive communication projects forward.
• You have high quality standards, think strategically, and are also able to implement topics in a pragmatic and efficient manner.
