Business Consultant - Fabasoft Xpublisher (f/m/d)

Your mission:

• You gather requirements and analyze processes together with customers and develop solution proposals for implementation in workshops.
• You support our customers in configuring and setting up their requirements and train them on the Fabasoft Xpublisher solution.
• You are able to implement more complex customer requirements directly in the product using low-code development.
• You collect feedback from your customer workshops and use it to identify improvements for the product and training materials.
   

Your profile:

• You have completed an IT-related education (e.g., business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification) and have relevant professional experience in software development, IT consulting, or a comparable technical environment.
• You combine technical expertise with a strong customer focus and enjoy direct customer interaction as well as delivering presentations, training sessions, and workshops.
• You have basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and solid JavaScript skills. Ideally, you also have initial experience with InDesign scripting and are willing to further develop your skills independently in your day-to-day work.
• You are passionate about the digitalization of business processes as well as editorial and publishing systems for digital and print media.
• You stand out through your independent way of working, strong teamwork and communication skills, and your ability to quickly adapt to new structures.
• You have excellent German and good English language skills.
